When we are willing to move past the distractions, the stories, and the logical explanations, and connect with our most raw self instead: With our emotions and our own truth. Breathwork is the gateway. A deep dive into the subconscious. To our most inner world.

Die Session bei Charlotte war nicht meine erste Erfahrung mit Breathwork, aber die erste, bei der ich wirklich was gespürt habe. An dem Tag gab es eine Sache, die mich getriggert hat und welche für mich Bestandteil der Session war. Ich habe während der Session einen deutlichen Shift gemerkt, wie sich meine Atmung beruhigt hat und ohne groß nachzudenken einfach floss, mein Körper hat sich spürbar entspannt und ich habe für mich Antworten und Erklärungen finden können. I'm still on a high from my 1:1 breathwork session with Charlotte! She was so supportive, calm and created a safe space where I could fully relax and sink into the experience. She was kind and gentle in her approach as I'm new to breathwork and took the time to explain the process really clearly so I knew what to expect. We worked on gaining more confidence and self trust and it felt like I released years of stored emotions afterwards! Plus, her playlist was so soothing. While there are many different styles and techniques out there, in a one-on-one Breathwork Session, we are using the two-part pranayama meditation. A style of breathing that allows you to move past the logical mind and all the way into your subconscious. Your inner wisdom. Your glorious heart.

 

 We are using the breath to give our hard working mind a break.

To dive deeper into the depths of our soma. Our feeling body with all its wisdom and all its messenges.

Breathwork is not supposed to be comfortable..

It's supposed to help us create change. To hold up the mirror and help us get in touch with what wants to be seen, heard and felt.

My personal why...

Hi, I am Charlotte -

Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Guide and Intuitive Being.

I spent a lot of time trying to avoid being in my body. I relied heavily on logic. The safety of my mind. Trying to control and keep my emotional body at bay. 

Being the eldest (and only) daughter, I took on the job of being the responsible one. Doing what was expected. What seemed right. And on the way I tried it all: The academic route, the courses and trainings. Trying to make sense of the world through the logical mind. 

Change happened when I finally allowed myself to feel. Fully. Courageously, may I add. Breathwork was my catalyst on that journey. The journey of coming home to myself and feeling all the way alive.
