Die Session bei Charlotte war nicht meine erste Erfahrung mit Breathwork, aber die erste, bei der ich wirklich was gespürt habe. An dem Tag gab es eine Sache, die mich getriggert hat und welche für mich Bestandteil der Session war. Ich habe während der Session einen deutlichen Shift gemerkt, wie sich meine Atmung beruhigt hat und ohne groß nachzudenken einfach floss, mein Körper hat sich spürbar entspannt und ich habe für mich Antworten und Erklärungen finden können. I'm still on a high from my 1:1 breathwork session with Charlotte! She was so supportive, calm and created a safe space where I could fully relax and sink into the experience. She was kind and gentle in her approach as I'm new to breathwork and took the time to explain the process really clearly so I knew what to expect. I could tell you all about the mental and physiological benefits of breathwork. How it supports your nervous system, digestion or immune system.

 

And all of that is really amazing.

And it wouldn't get to the core of what this work is actually all about.

These individual and intuitive sessions aren't about the logical and thinking mind, the place we already spend so much time.

 

In these 90 minutes we dive deeper:

Towards the answers that can't be found in the thinking mind.

Beyond the logical mind and straight to the heart.

Diving deeper to the places that want to be seen and heard.

Before starting the active breathing part of a session, there will be time for you to share your personal wishes and intentions and I will hold space for your story. I will then guide you through a 30 minute active breathing meditation. You decide how deep you want to dive and I will guide you along the way, offering intuitive insights and inquiry. At the end, there will be lots of time for rest and integration.

While this might sound a little dramatic, I can say that breathwork is a truly powerful and transformative practice.

B r e a t h w o r k helped me come back home to my inner voice. Helped me connect back to my needs, desires and visions. And silenced the inner and outer chatter to come back to my authentic path.

Diving deep. Releasing. Unlearning. Unfolding.

Again and again and again.

What is Breathwork
- and what not?

Ultimately, Breathwork is exactly what it sounds like: Working with the breath.

Which is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we carry with us to create change and transformation.

 

While there are many different styles and techniques out there, in a one-on-one Breathwork Session, we are using the two-part pranayama meditation. A style of breathing that allows you to move past the logical mind and all the way into your subconscious. Your inner wisdom. Your glorious heart.

 

 We are using the breath to give our hard working mind a break.

To dive deeper into the depths of our soma. Our feeling body with all its wisdom and all its messenges.

Breathwork is not supposed to be comfortable..

It's supposed to help us create change. To hold up the mirror and get us in touch with what wants to be seen, heard and felt.

My personal why...

Hi, I am Charlotte -

Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Guide and Intuitive Being.

I spent a lot of time trying to avoid being in my body. I relied heavily on logic. The safety of my mind. Trying to control and keep my emotional body at bay. 

Being the eldest (and only) daughter, I took on the job of being the responsible one. Doing what was expected. What seemed right. And on the way I tried it all: The academic route, the courses and trainings. Trying to make sense of the world through the logical mind. 

Change happened when I finally allowed myself to feel. Fully. Courageously, may I add. Breathwork was my catalyst on that journey. The journey of coming home to myself and feeling all the way alive.
