Unlike traditional coaching methods, which often focus solely on mindset, somatic coaching is about exploring, understanding, and gradually shifting the state of your nervous system. We work with the wisdom of your body to create lasting transformation.
We don't change until we embody.

Your state of being — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — is largely shaped by the state of your autonomic nervous system. That’s why we focus on creating more capacity and a felt sense of safety within your system.
So that you can expand your window of tolerance and hold space for the full spectrum of life.

A regulated nervous system is the foundation that allows you to live your truth with greater ease and strength.

Trauma-informed

We are all going through countless experiences in life — some leave deeper marks than others. In a somatic coaching session, we don’t work with the trauma itself, but gently strengthen your nervous system in the here and now.
Throughout our time together, you — and your nervous system — set the pace, moment by moment.
